Progressive Property Group, LLC is a professional, full-service Property Management and Real Estate Sales firm in Colorado Springs. The company was previously known as Sunflower Management, LLC, which was owned and operated in the Colorado Springs and El Paso County area since 2003. Our company manages all types of properties, including: apartments, condos, townhouses, duplexes, fourplexes, other multi-family properties, mobile home parks and single-family homes. We also offer Property Management services for office space, retail space, warehouse space and commercial space.
Employing Broker & Licensed Agents
Jeff Gaddis is the registered Employing Broker of Progressive Property Group. Jeff is a Colorado Springs native and has been practicing Real Estate for over 18 years in the Pikes Peak Region. He is a REALTOR member and is highly regarded in the local community.
Gaddis has a team of Broker Associates and Property Managers practicing Real Estate Sales and Property Management with him at Progressive Property Group. This team of Broker Associates has access to Jeff Gaddis’ direct supervision and guidance, to a large team of support staff, to several REALTOR networks, to several MLS services in Colorado and to Real Estate subscription services to ensure that they are always gaining the most recent and relevant market information. Our team and licensed brokers work to provide personal service customized to your needs.
Progressive Property Group’s licensed Broker Associates and Property Managers are members of several Real Estate and Property Management organizations. This includes The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), The Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS (PPAR), and the South Metro Denver REALTOR Association (SMDRA).
We are fully staffed with several licensed Real Estate agents and Property Managers. Progressive Property Group’s team also includes several Property Management support professionals that operate in unlicensed roles and capacities: Including our Office Managers, Finance Division directors, Account Managers, Tenant Relations Specialists, Leasing Associates, and a Full-Service Maintenance team. Because we have a variety of staff available, we are able to give you the best possible service.
