Our goal with the Owner Portals is to empower you with the information and tools you need to make informed decisions about your property investments and to streamline communication between us, your property management team, and you, our valued clients.
Clients will now have instant access to a range of monthly financial statements, open payables, owner checks received, history of notes on the account, reserves, and management fees—all at your fingertips. This means you can stay informed about the financial health of your properties, track income and expenses, and make more informed decisions about your investments.
How to access your portal
To access your Owner Portal, simply log in to Rent Manager using your unique credentials. You will receive an alert created by Rent Manager from your Account Manager with a link to complete your profile and create your credentials. You can access the login screen through our website under the property owner tab labeled “Access Your Investments.”
What to expect
- Financial Statements: View detailed financial statements for your properties, including income, expenses, and cash flow statements all within the last 30-days after the month is closed, allowing you to monitor your property performance with ease.
- Open Payables: Keep track of outstanding bills and invoices, ensuring timely payments and maintaining good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Owner Checks Received: Access digital copies of all checks received, providing transparency and accountability in the payment process.
