Per your lease contract, our Leasing Consultants will show the property to prospective tenants after you have submitted your Notice to Vacate. We will give you at least 24 hours of notice before entering the property. Please be sure to check your email and phone messages frequently so you can be prepared for our arrival. You are not required to be present for the showings.
Your Sr. Property Advisor will conduct an evaluation of the property after you vacate. Please contact your Tenant Relation Specialist to schedule an appointment if you wish to be present at your final inspection.
Per your lease contract, Progressive Property Group, LLC has up to 60 days to account for and return the Security Deposit, or portions thereof, if any. Below is a Move Out Cleaning Checklist for reference to help get the maximum of your Security Deposit refunded. Please be sure to label ALL keys before returning them to our office.
