Shumila Collins is a Senior Property Manager and licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker with more than a decade of experience in residential and commercial real estate. At Progressive Property Group, she oversees one of the company’s largest and most diverse portfolios, including single-family homes, multifamily communities, and commercial properties.

Throughout her career, Shumila has managed the many moving parts of property operations—from leasing and resident relations to maintenance, renovations, inspections, financial oversight, and long-term planning. She has coordinated complex projects, worked through challenging property and resident situations, and helped owners make informed decisions about costs, property performance, and investment goals.

Shumila’s combined experience in property management and brokerage gives her a practical perspective at every stage of ownership. She helps clients evaluate investments, prepare properties for the market, and understand the operational needs that affect long-term performance.
