Miles Gardner serves as the Maintenance Manager at Progressive Property Group, where he oversees maintenance operations across the company’s portfolio, from Denver to Pueblo. In his role, Miles is responsible for recruiting and coordinating maintenance technicians while managing a wide range of property maintenance and improvement projects.
With a broad set of technical skills and hands-on experience, Miles helps ensure that everything from routine repairs to larger renovation and construction projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. His ability to coordinate vendors, troubleshoot complex issues, and keep projects moving forward makes him an essential part of the PPG team.
Outside of work, Miles enjoys spending time outdoors rock climbing, dirt biking, and exploring new places with his pup.
